Started my weight training when i was 15 and later developed my interest into bodybuilding from my second year of college and was regular into the practice of weight training which is my fit lifestyle now. I have learned, experienced and gained knowledge in building my body and offering the knowledge through sharing & guiding aspiring fitness enthusiasts to reach their goals to my best. There are different training techniques and i train people with different fitness goals. Be an athlete who wants to improve his performance or an obese guy who is striving hard to reduce his weight or a skinny guy who finds it very difficult to gain his body weight, the program differs to each one of them.
